Background: I am a practicing physical therapist and a clinical specialist at an outpatient setting. We see across the lifespan patients with foot/ankle, knee, hip, back, mid back, and even neck pain. All of which can stem from poor aligned feet resulting in poor posture, mechanics, and walking/functionality. Many of these patients are recommended to a podiatrist which appropriately so, recommend custom orthotics/inserts however most medical insurances do not cover the cost and the patients get charged $400-$700 out of pocket times every two years for new ones because feet change with age. My clinic connected with Proprx Fit and Scott and Jorgji were nothing but exceptional! Their knowledge, eagerness to learn about each client, hear the therapists and patients, patience and thorough assessment of each individual, and genuine concern for each and every client all went beyond my expectations. They then spend the time and make adjustments to the inserts or lifts and recommend appropriate footwear. They will work diligently until the client is satisfied and on their way to feeling better and more functional. All of which costs significantly less than custom orthotics. Nonetheless, if they feel that the client is better served with a podiatrist, they do not shy away in recommending so. I have had numerous patients, my own family, friends, and colleagues assessed and fitted by Proprx Fit team and they are all doing great! Thank you Scott and Jorgji for all of your hard work! I have tried for years to get the proper foot support! I have flat feet. I pronate! I have knee, hip, and back pain. After making an appointment with Scott I feel like a new person. He really took the time to create a personalized care to give me the best orthotics and shoes for running. My partner came in and also had his feet evaluated. He gets calluses in parts of his feet all the time. Scott was able to pinpoint exactly what he needed. He even offered a trial period with the orthotics. At no point did he try to sell the products to us. He genuinely wanted to improve my quality of life. For my husband he was able to shave off part of the orthotic that was causing discomfort. I would highly recommend everyone take some time to get your feet evaluated. The staff is exceptional. I can’t wait to tell everyone about my experience.

Scott is so helpful, knowledgeable and warm. He asked in detail about my foot issues and then fitted me with terrific orthotics, taking care to ensure my comfort. It's so terrific that this place is open right next door to New Balance! I will definitely go back and highly recommend Scott and ProprFit.
